Well, currently in most cases it would be easy to verify. My concern is when the new requirements are known, people will try allow their nation to CTE instead of renounce or blatantly leave so that can slink back in in the future...maybe even slink in every time during elections, if our electoral security is a concern (I don't think it is at this point).

What if this applied to former Citizens that gathered over 75 posts? That way it wouldn't punish new people that may have just dropped off, while still expecting something more of people that were here and involved and left.

That's a pretty good compromise I think, I'll propose it on the UH topic.
