For the sake of new nations joining should we start a introductory course. This course would tell newer members about our mission and what to do and except in this region. New players could ask questions about the region. Then other nations could answer their questions give them guidance through the whole way. these nations will feel involved and be willing to attain citizenship and be a working part of our miraculous region!!! 

I think you should talk to Horse first, he is the Jarl of Integration. I think he has already been doing something like this.
