I've been playing since Alpha, I have no recollection of such a thing. Then again, that was long ago and my memory sucks these days.

Technically no. The only thing close to a spawn village is a small community thingy that formed from me settling in a good area and Denth and some other person settling near me as well, eventually forming a small community of sorts, it wasn't that far from spawn though.

You should start a spawn village! the famous Mindcrackers have one and the server HermitCraft also have a spawn village, which is filled with mini-games and weird and wacky buildings (restraunts and trade posts for ores, stones, etc...) with a-bit of personal Decor of the buildings...

The server that was, and hopefully the one that replaces it will be, pure vanilla.

While I would personally prefer a Civcraft style server or a modded server, vanilla is fine too.

Modded minecraft, is just more of a vein to MC but just vanilla is the heart of it all, Notch made it vanilla... And people has to see to respect that, because without vanilla there would never be a MC and no modding for it!

Admiral, you could say that about modding any game, however the thing is, is that if you mod something it's because you felt it was missing something or needed something(or because you wanted to cheat). So are you saying that modding Watch_Dogs to run better is bad because it's in vain of the original design? Or Modding Skyrim to have better Graphics because the developers decided to skimp to allow it to run better on Potatoes, is bad because it's in vain of the original design?  I have to disagree, if you mod something it's because you like it to where you want to continue to play it but you want to fix something or add something you might perceive as fun.

No game is perfect, but modding helps it become better. Hell Mojang has used ideas from mods and put them in the game. In reality without mods or plugins, a lot of people wouldn't be playing minecraft anymore.(although I will admit playing vanilla minecraft after playing modded minecraft for awhile is a nice refreshing experience)

And you have to remember games are not just for the computer! I have put the Technic launcher on my Xbox 360... (don't do) the thing will shit it's pants... it may work for the Xbox One and the PS4 (maybe), I don't download mods because I don't have a suitable PC that can run MC, or other games... and I have seen people download a mod and they do know what there doing and it may crash them or cause mass-viruses so you have to pay attention... people may not agree with this, this is only my opinion so don't get all worked up about this!

Yeah, they just suck. (Now I will excuse anything below PS3/Xbox 360 and any Nintendo products).

That's because Potatoes(consoles) aren't meant to run it. They lack the power(I'm pretty sure Xbone and PeasantStation4 can't either, but I'm not too sure).

No FTB, especially for a server. Technic's packs are a bit more stable.

And yes I'm part of the PC master race. Also I suggest not buying another potato, and maybe even see how much you can get for your console to make a better PC(although this is off topic)

I CAN'T FUCKING AFFORD ONE! And how old are you!? Obviouly one of your family members got you that thing...  And my family is quite wealthy but there so fucking BLOODY CHEAP! It's really annoying!!! 

My computer cost about $133 (USD of course) and you don't really need that much money to get a decent computer(Protip: Ebay is your best friend). I'm also 14. Also you could always look into seeing if you can sell your console and see how much you can get for it. :/

I got my Xbox 360 about a... 2 years ago i believe. But I will tell you this I don't live alone I do have a younger brother, so I came to my ending point that I will get a new PC when I have a Job (and yes I don't have a job, waiting intel summer 2015). I will build one later than that... maybe.

Chanku, sorry for ranting about that other message. We are getting off track, why because this server what we are talking about in this forum chat & respond does not exist... so... but by any concerns I am deeply sorry.
