I dont know why my IP and Timezone arent matching up..I do believe im in Mountain Standard Time

However, you told Govindia on IRC that you're from California, which would the Pacific timezone, not the mountain timezone.

Due to the situation at hand I will approve the security check on this, but with the restriction that you will be unable to join the military until I feel more confident about the situation. We are a region that tries to give second chances, and all of our Citizen areas are public, so I see no risk in this, but when it comes to access to sensitive areas I have to be more cautious. I feel this should be a decent compromise.

Please post whether you accept this or not, and we will proceed.
