Hello and welcome to Wintreath
You can read up and apply for the Civil Service, where citizens can help our Jarls (ministers), here. If you want to help out in the region, start there. Seeing as you want to be an announcer or publisher, you might want to help our Jarl of Information, who makes announcements on the region, or the Jarl of Foreign Affairs, who will help you become an ambassador to other regions, where you can spread the word of how great our region is.
On a lighter note, you can take part in our General Discussions area and on our IRC, the chat room, or #wintreath on irc.esper.net if you have a client
