Liberate Deep Space
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
Description: Noting that The Black Riders recently conquered the region of Deep Space, and unlike previous raids on this small, peace-loving region, the Riders have established an occupying force to maintain a stranglehold.
Furthermore, during this occupations, the invading forces have treated the resident nations with undue harshness. All messages on the Regional Message Board are suppressed, and any request for the invading forces to withdraw is met with belligerent mockery and insult.
Believing the residents of Deep Space have the right to be free, hereby liberates
Deep Space.
Monarch's Opinion: While I approved the resolution earlier on, I no longer feel that it's necessary. The Black Riders have withdrawn from the region, and the current Delegate appears to be an inactive native that hasn't been on since they left. That would be why their region is still tagged. Furthermore, the region isn't locked, and I thus I see no reason for this.
