Some minor updates...
The Nations Field - The nation field is no longer editable by members, and is no longer presented as a field during account registration. In the future, admins will update this field based on the nation's Citizenship nation when they mask the account. This should ensure that all nations are correct. I also went back and corrected or removed every account that needed it...mostly non-Citizens with this form filled out, or people that used the Pretitle as well as the name. Additionally, this data now also serves as a link to the nation on NS.
Representing Field - Along the same lines, ambassadors to the region will now have this field in their profile, which will serve as a link to the region they're an ambassador from. Same with the nation field, forum admins will update this when the ambassador is masked.
Spoiler Colours - The colours displayed in spoiler boxes should now be in line with the rest of the skin.
As part of implementing this, I did a sweep of nations and revoked Citizenship from 17 nations that had either ceased to exist or moved out of the region.
