1. Title
  1.1 This shall be titled The Code of Laws Act
2. Crimes
 2.1 High Crimes
    2.1.1 Committing an act of aggression against any Riksrad Member or the Royal Family.
    2.1.2 Releasing information on the discussions of the Riksrad or Military to outside sources
           not approved by the king or by treaty.
    2.1.3 Releasing information on any Ministry not approved by the Monarch's Designee or the
            King, to be released.
    2.1.4 Helping a region Wintreath is at war with, knowingly and willingly in order to bring harm
            to Wintreath.
    2.1.5 Spreading, or attempting to spread, sedition against the Monarch, his Designees or the Riksrad
  2.2 Felonies
    2.2.1 Posing as Wintreath Representation to a region while not being assigned by the Monarch or his/her designee.
    2.2.2 Sharing a Wintreath Nation, or Military Puppet with another person, that did not
             register the account.
    2.2.3 Committing an act of aggression a fellow Wintrean.
    2.2.4 Demanding a Fellow Wintrean give you information to an off-site account.
    2.2.5 Attempting to release false information to harm a Wintrean's image in elections.
  2.3 Misdemeanors
    2.3.1 Attempting to attack an ambassador's Image
    2.3.2 Any attempt to disrupt judges during legal proceedings.
3. Definitions
  3.1 Ambassador
    3.1.1 An Ambassador is a Person from another region whom represents a region, but does not maintain Citizenship
  3.2 Representative
    3.2.1 Representation is a person chosen by the monarch, or his/her designee, to represent Wintreath abroad.
  3.3 Act of Aggression
    3.3.1 Acting in a way that would suggest harm or cause it, this includes Stalking, Harassing, etc
 4. Sentencing
  4.1 Sentencing Limits
    4.1.1 Misdemeanor
      4.1.1.1 People found guilty of a Misdemeanor shall not have their citizenship stripped, nor the loss any non-elected positions
    4.1.2 Felonies
       4.1.2.1 People found Guilty of a Felony shall not have their citizenship stripped.
5. Statute of Limitations
  5.1 All felonies shall have a period of One (1) Calendar months to be initially reported and a case opened, in the exception of High Crimes which have One (1) Month and Seven (7) Calendar days.

6. Severability
  6.1 If any provision of this Act becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that shall not affect the legality, validity, or enforceability of any other provision of this Act.

According to the Procedural rules this shall enter a 48 hour debate, unless expidited by the Speaker or Speaker PT(If Activated), afterwards a motion to vote or to extend debate may be brought up by the Skrifa.

2.1.4 should read "at war with", not "at'.

2.1.5 might be better as "Spreading, or attempting to spread, sedition against the Monarch, his Designees or the Riksrad" but that might just be me.

3.2 shouldn't read Representation but Representative and Wintreath needs capitalisation.

3.3.1 doesn't need a capitalised 'this'

Otherwise, a good basis for a code of laws I do have a few suggestions but currently at work, so will post later.

And a note for the OH, it's a pretty good base. Yes we will build on it, but for now, it's pretty fething good.
