    2. Number of Seats
      2.1 The number of Seats shall be Seven (7)
    As per the Procedural Rules, this shall enter a 48-hour debate period, unless expedited by the Speaker or speaker PT(if active), after the period Skrifa may motion to vote or extend debate.
