Preface: In order to help prevent future problems created by the Underhusen Procedures Act as it was passed in haste, and to make sure there are no problems when it comes to Overriding the Overhusen.

1.Title
 a.This is Hereby called The Procedural Rules of the Underhusen Act Amendment I
2.Overriding
 a.The Override shall have 24-hours, or until the next bill is voted on, to begin
 b.The Override needs the super-majority to pass
 c.The Override shall begin with a motion to Override in the original topic, it must then be seconded by another
     Underhusen Member

Right, a few issues here. Mainly that this, like the number of votes to pass something normally, is something that should be covered in the Constitution. Oh, and no prefaces.

The Preface servers more of a function here. I don't see the problem with a preface. Also the reason why I defined the fact it needs a super-majority is to fill a gap, so to speak, until the Constitution is passed, I also added a new section that will make sure that it's removed when no longer needed.

See, now this leads back to my point that the Constitution should really be passed before anything else. Besides that, the proposal doesn't state where to put the new section, nor does it say what is being overridden except in the preface, which shouldn't be the case. In addition, what if the next bill is voted on in an hour? That doesn't give the Underhusen a whole lot of time to act. Back to my main issue though, you could pass hundreds of laws to fill the gap, but it would be better to just write the constitution!

Again, this is just to help fix a few problems I realized there was. If you want to try and re-word or fix it, then be my guest and I will add it to my bill, or you can propose your own. Besides it might be a month before the constitution is finished.
