Damn, this is hard. It is a testament to how talented Barnes is that I struggled so much to come to a decision, but in the end, Pengu's experience outweighs other considerations somewhat.

I was going to say the same thing, but I wanted to see how HannahB voted before casting a choice. I'm more worried of a tie than anything else, because that will only cut into the time we have together as an Underhusen.

By that logic, she could be thinking the same. If there's a tie, we'll deal with it.

Because as much fun as I would have, I think Barnes has proven to be capable of being much more impartial than I have, which is what we're going to need this term for the Speaker.

Congratulations, Barnes, and a good decision from Pengu - a runoff is no real trouble but we've lots of ground to cover this term
