I had a private discussion with Archchancellor Milograd soon after it happened...we're good.

What'd Milograd say?  And since when is he AC??

I'm not sure when Milograd was made Archchancellor, but from announcements I'm guessing somewhere just before May 10th.

Milograd was elected just a few days after/during this event happened.
(FRA elections took place between May 7th-May 10th, we allow 72 hours for voting.)

At the time I was the Acting Arch Chancellor and since it was quite obvious that Milograd would be the new Arch Chancellor , after the election, I deferred the issue to him. I am currently serving as his Vice Chancellor, as I was Karp's Vice Chancellor during this last term. As a proponent of FRA-Wintreath relations I hope this does not hinder our relationship .
