    1. Title
      1.1 This shall be titled the Minor Edits Act
    2. Amendments
      2.1 Section 8 of Article I in the Fundamental Laws shall be changed to read as follows:

    8. The Overhusen shall vote to pass or veto the legislation upon passage by the Underhusen. The Overhusen shall not amend legislation except to make spelling and grammar corrections. They must also state what they have changed in the legislation. They may not modify the structure of any piece legislation.
    Skrifa may vote: Aye, Nay, or Abstain.

    Personally, I feel the word intent would serve better than structure - this thought just hit me - as grammatical/spelling corrections serve to alter the structure of the law.
