  1.1 This shall be titled the Minor Edits Act
2. Amendments
  2.1 Section 8 of Article I in the Fundamental Laws shall be changed to read as follows:

8. The Overhusen shall vote to pass or veto the legislation upon passage by the Underhusen. The Overhusen shall not amend legislation except to make spelling and grammar corrections. They must also state what they have changed in the legislation. They may not modify the structure of any piece legislation.

Just thought that this minor edit to the Fundamental Laws might help some issues. While not necessary, I think that this will help with small errors, that might go unnoticed in the Underhusen.

This shall enter a 48 hour debate period, after which skrifa may motion to vote or to extend the debate, unless this is expidited by the Speaker or the Speaker PT(if the Speaker PT is active)

Usually I don't use my authority to speak here to directly insert myself into the debate, but can we keep the formatting that's already in there and not do 8.1? It can be written in many better ways, such as...

I'm not sure whether I personally support this or not. I'm somewhat divided on it...but let's at least keep with the formatting of the rest of the document.

Yeah, I did think about that, but I also did write this in about 30 seconds. Also yes there was a spelling error(oh the irony)
