Y'know, a number of threads in our forums deal with the issue of weight - mostly, and acknowledged overweight situation. I just want to throw it out there (and this is not directed at you Jone, it's just that it came up in this thread)....after I slimmed down and bulked up, I became a certified personal trainer and worked at two different gyms ( I still staff the weight room at our college 8 hrs/week.) If any of you are interested in free, regular advice on changing your body shape, I'd be happy to help out...but it has to be at your request - I won't stick my nose n where it's not wanted.
(I will stick other body parts in various places, wanted or not...)
