I'm Greater Balticia, A name that lives in infamy among some old guard. I used to run the rp's back in 2017 but left due to... certain people who are no longer in Wintreath. I wish to make a return to Wintreath if possible.

@Greater Balticia: Welcome back to Wintreath! Your application is approved.

The biggest thing that's changed since you were here is that we've completely redone the rules and we've changed a lot about how OOC issues are handled. Also, we've done away with a NationStates-based government. Now governance issues are discussed in the #governance channel, which is open to all Citizens like yourself now.

Otherwise, not so much has changed. We're still laid back and casual...I think we are, at least.
