Hello.
My name is Staris. I've been very on and off NationStates with various nations, but never got engaged in any genuine roleplay of sorts. My nation is Kurtizlar, which recently joined the region after having received an invite. I am interested in socio-economic history. My interests towards Wintreath are mostly roleplay ones, with maybe a chance to socialize. I wanna state that I like to roleplay as an outsider within a region. My nation is a tribal confederation, it seeks relations with the region, but doesn't want to participate in the grander process of administrating it, therefore also revoking its oath of citizenship in return of a privilege in government participation. I'm only applying for citizenship to gain channel access.
