Summary
As part of a broader discussion on updating the Landsraad's procedural rules, the Election Harmonization Act extends the term of the then-current Chancellor (first Svipjoth and then Arenado after her resignation) so that future Chancellor elections align with the seasonal Thane elections.

1. Title
This Act shall be known as the Election Harmonization Act.

2. Actions
  Seeking to harmonize the electoral schedule for all elected positions in the region of Wintreath, this act shall do the following:
  2.1 The term of the sitting Chancellor as of the passage of this act shall have their term extended until the next election of the Riksraad.
  2.2 Only the term of the sitting Chancellor as of the passage of this act shall have their term extended.
  2.3 All future elections for Chancellor shall proceed as laid out in the Procedural Rules of the Landsraad.
