Summary
This Act recognizes @Stigya2113 for his many contributions in Wintreath, including founding the Wintreath Allied Regional Protection Pact (WARPP), which has become the largest NationStates RMB based organization in Wintreath's history and has helped mentor numerous members into Wintreath's greater community. It also touches on his service as first Thane and then Jarl of Regional Affairs, where he's ably represented the RMB community and moderated that platform, as well as recognizing his significant efforts at writing a book-length story surrounding his nation which can be read here on the forums.

This Act is also significant because it was the first passed by the Landsraad after over a year of inactivity following its creation. At this time, it seems the creation and discussion of this Act has sparked general interest in the legislature and passing other Acts, leading to a revival of the legislature not seen in years.

Title
1. This act shall be cited as the Stigya Commendation Act.

Recognition
2. The region of Wintreath recognizes the accomplishments, contributions, and services to Wintreath by Stigya, included but not limited to:
a) Creating the long-standing Wintreath Allied Regional Protective Pact (WARPP) on September 13th, 2020, the first individual-led organization in Wintreath's recent history that provided both an in-character outlet for roleplaying within a largely non-roleplay region (at the time) and an out-of-character outlet for community involvement, purpose, and belonging,
b) Using the aforementioned organization to improve Wintreath in multi-factorial methods, including:
  i) Revitalizing the roleplay community with various organizationally lead roleplays, such as The Trashkanistan Wars, greatly increasing Regional Message Board (RMB) activity with both roleplay posts and conversation concerning the roleplay.
  ii) Selecting and retaining quality members of the Wintreath community to become citizens and become involved in greater Wintreath, such as Svipjoth and The Greenlandic North in their positions of thaneship.
c) Participating in the arts of Wintreath by authoring his book concerning Emperor Roxas and his legacy,
d) Serving in exemplary fashion as both Thane of Regional Affairs and Jarl of Regional Affairs, possessing an attention to detail and fast response in Wintreath's RMB alongside working 60 hour work weeks.

3. The Landsraad hereby awards Stigya the Commendation of Wintreath.
