The Return:

Skjlos Bay, 1600 hours

An unearthly sound echos across Frigus Cordus as a flickering, undulating portal crackles to life in the Skjlos Bay. A very banged up and somewhat post-apocalyptic fleet of ships emerges, all flying flags that depict blue waves on a cyan background. However, the Kiddians on board don’t see the abandoned cities they left behind, they see a fully functioning nation, one flying the flag of a different nation. 
“What the hell…” says one an officer, looking through binoculars. “Have we been invaded?”

Spirean magical research tower

After trying to find a suitable place por construction the holy Spirean department of magic has chosen a location to start the construction of the island that will be the HQ of the Spirean magic research department. The location is off the coast of the new narag empire. 

The budget of the total construction is expected to be around 2.7 Billion ducats.
The island will be home to the Spirean magical research tower, an extremely high skyscraper that will be constipated of thousands of research labs and test sites.
 
The research that will be made there is extremely confidential, only available to the goddess, prime minister and to the stigya government.

I was doing paperwork for some of the unsuccessful tests when knocking disrupted my work flow. I got up begrudgingly, thinking that it's probably just test 31A and not the portal I've been wanting. I open the door and it's a scientist, one of the new ones I believe. "Dr. Leebenrower, it's a real pleasure to me-" "Get on with it." I said abruptly, "I don't tolerate interruptions in my work, if it's not important get back to where you came." The doctor looked scared for a second before reverting back to normal. "Ah, uhh,, sorry. . . t-the portal came in and I was told to inform you." I was excited by this news, a scientist's dream come true. "Thank you, and don't stutter. You sound like a bumbling idiot when you do that. You're dismissed." The young scientist returns to where ever he even came from and I go to labroom 12A, should be large enough and hold all the technology needed to monitor it. Truly this is a dream come true in a scientist's life. I'm surprised Dashiki City was forthcoming to this, no wonder they're in such turmoil.

A team of inquisitors enter the throne room with a report for the Goddess, the report states that Dashiki City has in its possession a portal that can travel between universes, while the inquisition lacks the source of such portal, they warn that its usage is extremily dangerous as the other universes are unknown and could be filled with dangerous beings. After reading the reports Yue says "And what do you expect me to do? We are in no way capable of stopping its use" to which the inquisitors said "Actually, we've been researching in hogwartz and the inquisition's HQ's libraries and we found a spell that can stop these types of portal from working. We would just need 7 thousand wizards and 100 Philosopher's stones, the spell would take some hours to have effect but it would surely work."

Yue smiled at this and said, "Great, do that, also send messages to The ursian empire and to the New Narag empire, they would surely dislike such weapon"

The inquisition moved with lightning speed, and near the border all 7000 wizards lined up and positicioned the stones in a circle and with their wands pointed to the air, they start whispering " Nolite officeri cum ignotum " Lights left the wands and started forming a barrier all around Dashiki City that interfere with the portal's functionality.

Astril Looks at her. "I guess Narag Magi can be useful in that part. We can see the Mana in the Air, Even direct its natural flow to a Area For some time. Your mages may feel uncomfortable but they would be Saturated in mana Like Fortress Narag is."

Three days, a research lab deep underground in Bertpert, a scientist hired by the military is given 2 pounds of electrocyte, given to the nation in the summer, and tasked with making a better chemical weapon. Then, he finds it. Bromine-80 with electrocyte was given a 80% fatality rate with rats, 77% with pigs, and 79% on mice. Alvin Delfkin calls the president and reports his discovery. “This might be what we’re looking for, I understand Svipjoth is in civil war, may I use my creation on the front line?” 

The next day he is flow to Jelling, gas mask on face with a gallon of the gas and protective armor. He joins the supply train to Melkorka.

Today he arrives and sees Chem-tanks firing, he’s ready. “Excuse me, sir. Would you be interested in this gas grenade? It’s my newest invention. Please use it and log the results.” The soldier puts on a mask and takes it. “Alrighty then.”

Jorja Moore-Strulovitch is working on some paperwork and then gets hit with three feelings. Sadness over the death of her father coming up soon, marking one year of his death, hatred for the new government taking her place, and pride for the Northern Greenlandic culture. She gets a vision from her father. “Jorja, this county needs a firm ruler. Continue what I left on and build your country up. Make new alliances, stay strong, be fair, and keep your position.” After thinking she comes up with a plan.

In Rnesspo, 4.5 Million pro-monarchist march to the old royal palace, now the White House, with guns, bombs, pitchforks, and axes. The national guard stands alone as the Peacekeeping forces are stuck in Svipjoth. They surrender. The president knows his weapons won’t be of use against that many people, and when Jorja enters, he resigns. Jorja has been crowned once again.

Letters writing to the queen flood in from the front lines, including one from Kara talking about a strong, handsome Svipish man who could potentially lead a royal marriage. She writes to Kara. “Tell Geiseric he is invited to the Royal Palace in The Greenlandic North whenever he is free. Your service will not be forgotten.”

OOC: Northern Entente Moment.

The Greenlandic North continues its secular age, with religion continuing to drop rapidly. However the Svipish population continued to practice Grjotgardism. The largest religious leader in the country, Björn Karlsruhe took advantage of the high Svipish religion rates and met with Queen Jorja I. After a hour long, she converted from Atheism to Grjotgardism and declared Björn the nations religious leader, tasked with spreading his faith across the country, until Jorja could make the national theocracy

At 8:20 PM, the Nueni-Prenskiovs plan was signed, with approval of Ariah III. Joslisonorian for 9 Provinces Plan, it entitled the formation of a Parliament, made of 10 delegates per county, besides St. Ariah, which would be an individual City-State. In the end, there were exactly 200 delegates, 120 from the Royalist Party, 30 from the Common People Party, 40 from the Militarist Party, and 10 from the Socialist Party. They would assist in making laws, with the supervision of the Monarch.
