As the personnel at Husbersa await the arrival of other nation's taskforces, Melkorka Tryggvisdottir lays some papers underneath a projector camera, the contents of which displaying on the wall to her right. It displays photographs of the bombing sites across multiple nations, as well as the sketched portraits of several people and photos from monitoring cameras. Melkorka begins to speak,

"Without surprise, the coordination of these attacks gives us the immediate assumption that they were spearheaded by these attacks. After gathering some initial evidence across all nations affected by this attack, we can conclude this assumption to be correct,"

Melkorka pauses to zoom the projector onto one of the images: a photo from a monitoring camera within the Uppsala metro system, seconds before disaster struck. Uncapping a red pen, she circles two gentleman and further circles patches on their sleeves. She continues,

"Some details to consider here. For one, we have identified both of these men: Sergei Varshevski of Bigtopia and James McIngston of Blackacre. This tells us two things: for one, they did not bother to conceal their identity, which is strange, and secondly, this terrorism does not seem to stem from a particular nation or culture. Furthermore, the patches on their sleeves... After careful analysis, we were able to identify that both men, as well as the many other terrorist across the affected nations, display the same patch on their arm: a red, blue, and yellow sun with a knife in its center. We conclude that this must be some insignia of what we suspect to be a global terrorist group."

Melkorka turns to the Holy Spirean taskforce, "What foundings have you made?"

The High Elder steps up "The Foundings werent much, we have here a hologramic filming of what happened, it seems it was one male individual who isnt on our database, and of physical evidence, we only have a pocket watch and a suitcase, which surprisingly survived the explosion." He proceeds to say "Wingarium Leviooooosaaaa" and flies the evidence towards Melkorka. "I will give you this since it will assist all of us to bring justice and make the responsibles pay for their crime" He sat down.

A tall figure, with white hair, a symbol of the moderate faction, and pale skin speaks up "If you dont mind me asking, how is it possible that you got your hand on the symbol? a symbol is a very important aspect of any organization, also, what would a machette hitting a sun mean?, makes no sense to me, i ask for further investigation on this symbol to make sure it is real", his soft and rude voice surprises even the other members of the Holy Spirean Delegation.

We were then able to replicate it into this image. As for what it could mean, perhaps it’s not a knife hitting a sun, it’s energy or power emanating from the knife, which could symbolize action or violence.”

"if they follow action or violence, perhaps we can draw them out, make a scene or bait, perhaps we could capture one, and with that we can obtain all the information we need". The Auror looks at the others, " What do you think? this could be a significant advance and perhaps a stepping stone in our mission"

He puts His arms around Fia. Sipping tea. He seems not even bothered By the Fact He just admitted To Torturing Prisoners. A War crime. He Looks at The Rest of the Group. "You already have a prisoner? What is their statement? And, for the sake of this investigation, and if they are not dead yet, I kindly ask that you don't kill them, at least until we have all possible information."

She paused, considering his second statement,

"For all of our nations, we cannot let these incidents shake us apart from one another... these attacks are much greater than a single rebellion or nationality. If we want to stop these terrorists, we need to work together, both locally and globally."

The High elder looks at the narag emperor with a confused expression “so let me get this straight, you failed to inform us that you had captured a terrorist, and failed to ask for our permission to torture it and so you risked doing a warcrime so openly?” He sighs”I begin to think that your superiority complex is overshadowing the true purpose of this meeting, cooperation. Please for the love of rose inform us of the intel you got from the torture or will you hide that aswell?”

Theo Narag Sits There Hugging Fia. He reads a Report. "Judging By the Fact That this was Too timed right This is a Large Organization. As To the prisoner. I heard he was Detained on the way To a Very old Port Called Port Rum. It has little significance to the Public But that port is Home to Eldran Vengeance. The Chief Architect of Modern Fortress Narag. That Explains How they got in the city. I am Concerned That Eldran is missing. He is more loyal to my people then me and that is saying something. Eldran Designed the Underground Tunnels. He was expanding them To connect a Underground Highway between Fortress Narag And our Other Cities. 

Fia Boops his nose. He laughs a bit. "Sorry I am monologuing. Simply put The Torturing will begin Once He is safe in a place the does not exist on modern maps Because we sunk the island... We use these to keep track of diplomates and communicate quickly and securely. It is common tech used by the Narag government Tracked at the Central Databanks. Basically we have a clue to find them. We may be able to prevent another attack but we need to work together. We have to link our Orbital Satalites. We may not find the Ring Leaders But we may Find The operatives. However We have to hurry. They likely know about that transponders and will ditch them. We have a few days before They Vanish again."

"The operatives might just lead us to the ring leaders, depending on how long their chain of command is. I vote that we invest the majority of our international investigation resources on this transponder lead. What say the rest of you? And Theo, how would you feel in regards to sharing whatever information we gather from these transponders to us?"

"I am in agreement... since we know of their insignia, let us call them the fire-eaters, for they seem to aim to destroy all with the force and heat of the sun and spew nothing but hate and smoke from their mouths."

Theo Nods Drinking his tea. "Of Course. Though Any Classifed information Will not be shared if that is okay."

Fia Pulls a paper out handing it to theo. Theo just Sighs Before giving a Later nod to Fia And relaxing in his chair.

"Depending on the nature and content of this classified information, we may need to override any normal restrictions on foreign viewership. However, Svipjoth and I'm sure every other nation here will respect anything that is not in our need to know. This all being said, meeting adjourned."

Melkorka walks away from her lecturn, escorted by her guards. As she walks away with her folder stuffed with reports and notes, she sighs, wondering where to even begin with what little lead they have, if the New Narag Empire will even unclassify that lead.
