I am mostly posting Stigya's announcement from the Discord for public record and for posterity, but congratulations again to @MrManson!

Thank you everyone who welcomed me in as the new Jarl of Regional Affairs. However this has made my Thaneship vacant. As the next election cycle is still a ways off, it has been decided that @MrManson will take my place as Thane of RA during the interim between now and the summer cabinet elections. Please give him a warm welcome to the cabinet!
