I am going to establish the position of Vice-Chancellor, with the only duty for now being to take over from the Chancellor in the event that the Chancellor is not able to perform their duties, for whatever reason. I will also use this as a platform to communicate any administrative things of this nature.

I don't know why it didn't occur to me to post here until now, but congratulations on becoming Vice-Chancellor, @taulover. Just through all your help with setting up the Landsraad and the Law Codex, it's well-deserved.
