Title
1) This Act shall be titled the Repeal of the International Northwestern Union - Wintreath Treaty.

2) Recognizing that International Northwestern Union (INWU) no longer has an active community nor does it appear to recognize this treaty, Article VI Section 2 of the "Treaty of Friendship and Cultural Exchange Between International Northwestern Union and The Frozen Realm of Wintreath" is hereby invoked with the effect of repealing the treaty.

3) The treaty shall be considered repealed one week after passage of this Act.

This treaty was signed long ago, and the fact of the matter is we haven't had active relations with INWU in years. The region now only has around 30 nations, has seen changes in government, and the people who remain have turned it into more of a RP and worldbuilding region with only a limited government to support it. While we have continued to send an ambassador to them as a courtesy, my impression has been that they're no longer interested in foreign affairs in general.

With those aspects in mind, I present a potential repeal of the treaty for discussion.
