Since there's been so much interest displayed for another game of Diplomacy, and most of the other forum games we had going last month have wrapped up, I figured now would be a good time to start up a new game. (Link to previous game)

We'll most likely be using vDiplomacy like last game since it has an array of map variants that allow for more (or fewer) than the seven players of the classic game.

I'll mention everyone who recently said they were interested (apologies for the mention to those who have since left Wintreath, but I wanted to let you know in case you still wanted to play this) as well as those who played in the previous game. This game is, of course, open to whomever wants to join, so you don't need to be one of those I mentioned in order to play.

The website says that it is compatible with mobile devices in its FAQ, however I'm not able to test it on IOS as I have an Android phone. I don't think there's anything to worry about.

The website is a bit older-school, but it is mobile-responsive enough that I have no trouble using iOS to play the game.

I'm not going to sign up just yet, but might if there's a need for a specific player amount.

Well, since the signups have slowed down, let's move to deciding the rules. Vote in the poll in this thread for the next two days. Signups will still be open at this time in case anybody new wants to join. After the rules are decided, signups will be closed, and then we'll vote on the map. After the map is decided, we'll start the game.
