Greetings to all who read this proclamation!

One of the things that I've discovered in the years I've been leading this community is that the foundation of any group of people rests on those who do the meticulous, often thankless job of keeping accurate, up-to-date records...it's what keeps everyone informed, what keeps everyone on the same page, and what gives everyone common points of reference. It's rare to find someone with the interest, energy, and time to do this for any length of time, but we have been fortunate to have someone who has done this to the best of her ability...@Katie!

In the last year, Katie has put out several publications, including The Wintreath Oracle and The Underhusen Weekly Report / The Storting Report, has contributed articles to The Orendi such as Citizen's Corner with Wuufu, and has even wrote a RMB Etiquette guide to foster civil discourse on the region page. She has gone above and beyond any position that she's held in creating graphical flyers for the ambassador program and Summersend 2019, and even inserted standards into legislation for the Wintreath flag, naming one of the colours "Summersend Yellow", much to the delight of this Monarch. Her talents were recognized by the Underhusen in making her their Officer of Information for every term that she served in that body, where she further alerted Citizens and the Underhusen of legislation that was up for consideration. Although she finds her time more restricted these days, she continues to maintain records of our embassy relationships and Underhusen members/bills, work that would probably fall on me if it wasn't for her.

But beyond that, she has been involved with nearly every aspect of Wintreath, spanning the RMB community, the forums, and Discord as well regional government, community discussion, and cultural games. She has been repeatedly endorsed by the Citizens of the region in being elected to the Underhusen in every term in which she ran, culminating in a near-record six consecutive terms in office. She continues to serve ably in the Cabinet, where she manages our embassy relations and our ambassadors to them, as well as being involved in all foreign affairs and Cabinet discussions. She has not only done the jobs she's taken on well, she has gone above and beyond in them, and taken on projects that go beyond any responsibility she's ever had to boot. I believe this is deserving of recognition, and I only regret that it took so long for me to find the time to write this out.

Thus, by proclamation of the Monarch on this 2,203rd day since the founding of the region, Katarin Hiordis Ostergaard is hereby risen into the nobility of Wintreath as the Countess of Galdemere, in recognition of her accomplishments for the betterment of Frozen Realm of Wintreath, its community, and the people within it. Additionally, the House of Ostergaard shall be known henceforth as the Noble House of Ostergaard, whose members shall have all the rights and responsibilities afforded to a proper Noble House of this region.

Thank you so much for this honor! I feel so at home and relaxed in this region that I was able to dedicate my time to making it better instead of stressing about how people saw me. It's an experience I'd never had in NationStates before and I know I will be here in Wintreath for a long time to come.
