1) This act shall be cited as the Mateo Regional Cutie Pie Act.

1) The Storting grants Mateo406 the honour title "Regional Cutie Pie", in recognition of his consistent, lovely presence in our regional community and his unofficial claim on the title, which has gone unclaimed in the entire history of Wintreath and has gone undisputed for over a month.

I would like it to be known that I had withheld my vote to allow others to vote before me because I, like a number of citizens, know very little of Mateo and his presence within Discord. However, having ingratiated myself with the contents of the original proposal thread, I can see that there is reasonable and substantial basis for the granting of such a title, and I vote in the way I do because of the words spoken in support of this bill there.
