Committing an act of aggression towards another Wintreath resident.

Aggression shall be defined as 'an act that causes harm, in any way or form' and includes blackmail, extorting and harassment.

Complaint:
In Double Post Game (Round 12), Ruguo left their points unclaimed. By doing so, Ruguo allowed me to falsely believe I had reached third place, causing me harm in the form of misleading me to waste my painstakingly accumulated 1425 points.

Demand:

• Ruguo's 3865 points to be dismissed as expired to set a precedent OR
• Immediate ending of Round 12, and launch of Round 13

Evidence:

• tatte claims 1425 points
• Ruguo brings up the unclaimed points
• Ruguo's unclaimed points from eight months ago
• Board index showing Ruguo is capable of claiming points as a moderator

This travesty cannot stand. No trial is necessary, here. We just need a good tree.

Now that there's a real risk of someone processing this further and immortalising our names in the Courtroom, I guess I'll drop this. As much as I'm hurt by the ninja points, I'd rather not risk receiving too many bad feelings from Ruguo, who may or may not have had bad intentions at heart when hiding their points.

This was a good practice run for requesting a case. I'll keep my eye on future chances to use my new skillz!
