That being said, I'm kinda meh on the name Secret Govindia. It can very easily be taken as us mocking and making fun of Gov, in a venue where he can no longer even protest the use of his name due to his being banned.

I mean, I guess that's better than being the permanent name, but I don't see how the concern is particularly addressed by this being a one-off theme.

Mostly by virtue of it also mocking Chanku, I guess (viz. the Chankoup).
Although now we seem to have co-opted 'Chankoup' as A Real Thing on the discord server so who knows?
The spirit in which it's intended is primarily 'he's the only person who's been PNGed, therefore in the incredibly low stakes world of Wintrean politics, he's the Designated Bad Guy for this one thing'. I mean, I could come up with something else if we really think it's punching down, but it seemed like the Obvious Thing for a Wintreath-themed Secret Hitler.
