Per procedural rules section 14e.

I motion that Katie be appointed Speaker Pro Tempore of the Underhusen.

I don't necessarily see this as entirely necessary, either I appoint Katie as my Speaker PT explicitly, or she becomes my Speaker PT by Procedural Rules. Unless I appoint a Speaker PT that is different (which I don't even know who it would be tbqh), it's probably going to be Katie regardless.
