  • I think a high-mortality RP would be different and cool, so I'm interested in trying that.

As for the format, I'd be interested in the weekly Discord session, but the problem with that type of thing is scheduling, especially with 7 people. That's why we usually stick with the forums.

  • My only concern with a high-lethality game is that if we're running into mad casualties in a 'safe' deployment, good Lord the Galliforans must be getting crushed in this war.

I'm also inclined towards play-by-post for similar reasons as the ones Gerrick has noted.

  • I think it would be interesting to run a high mortality campaign, but the only problem is that we’re elves. We do not traditionally have a large population and do not throw away our lives willy nilly. I like discord because I don’t have to keep refreshing the pages to see if anyone responded/answered and it is relatively easy to use.

  • I personally am iffy on high mortality, mostly because of my tendnecies to mentally write lengthy backstories, but I suppose I can come up with a few back ups. Discord is a prefered platform of mine, but not for weekly sessions, I use it lik we do the forum in the basic posting order type gameply. On the topic of character morality, I do enjoy playing a less than heroic character

  • I'm with Gerrick: High mortality sounds cool, but the forums would be preferable.

  • Alright, so from what I'm getting from this is as follows.

A slight majority in favor of a high mortality campaign.

And a majority in favor of play by post.

To avoid further delays, I'll take those as the final results, and get the topics up and running so we may begin.
