With the Thane election over, I can now share the official list of who will hold what positions in both the next term of the Storting and the Winter Cabinet.

The Underhusen and Overhusen
As you may remember, the number of candidates matched the number of open seats, meaning that we did not have an election for Underhusen. The next session of the Underhusen will consist of Katie, Syraj, Chanku, Crushita, and Laurentus. The Overhusen will remain unchanged, consisting of Wuufu, Wintermoot, Aragonn, Cinciri, and trader.

Non-competitive Thane Seats
If you recall, the vast majority of thane seats either went vacant or only had one candidate, so most of those were also determined prior to the election:

Ministry of Culture
Thane of Gaming: Vacant
Thane of Integration: Vacant
Thane of LGBT Affairs: Vacant
Thane of Roleplay: Syraj
Thane of Werewolf: Laurentus and Pengu

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Thane of Diplomatic Officers and Missions: Vacant
Thane of Regional Outreach and Events: Vacant

Ministry of Regional Affairs
Thane of World Assembly Affairs: BraveSirRobin

Thane of Foreign Releases and Information
Now to the one competitive election that we had between taulover and Katie for Thane of Foreign Releases and Information. In the end, the election was a somber event with only 12 votes cast...10 public and 2 private. In the end though, taulover won re-election to the postition by a wide margin, 9-3. Congratulations to taulover, and condolences to Katie, a fine candidate who made this an election where either outcome would have been great.
