As the title says, this is very last-minute. I'm running so that we don't discover a potential hole in our system the hard way.
I'll make that my immediate legislative issue, too. What measures do we have in place to avoid the possibility of a completely unfilled UH, or one that has a weird number like 1-3 people in it?
