Good day to you all.
I am Commander Arcturus, the current leader of the great nation of Foxrise. After an election held last night withing our borders, the people of my homeland have unanimously decided to apply for citizenship of this region. To give a little information of our country, we are a proud nation who are high in morals and loyalty, and open to all. Some would see us as a militaristic country, and while military service is compulsory in Foxrise, we are by no means a warmongering band of savages. We are some of the world's elite when it comes to both education and social progressiveness. We are one of the premier countries in space exploration, valuing science and rationalism above other areas of education. I believe that I speak for all of my people when I say that I am excited to become a part of something greater by joining Wintreath.
