Good day, civil servants.

I have prepared the following for the foreign dispatches. I'm note sure about formatting for all the different forums. Please let me know if anything is amiss.

The night gathers thickly, as the sun sets over a quaint little village in rural Scandinavia. People just returning home from their various chores for the day are getting ready for a night of wonder as the famous archer Van Helsing comes to visit. Little do they know that for many, this may be last night they shall ever see, for an ancient threat comes together with the darkness, and it may just decide to bathe in their blood.

In celebration of Halloween, we are hosting a Vampire-themed Werewolf game, and would love for you to join us. The more the bloodier!

Assuming that you meant UTC rather than UCT (Googling that does coincidentally give me "University of Cape Town" time zone, which is South Africa, but that's not a time zone), I've fixed that and also added a title.
