1. This act is to be cited as the Procedural Rules Error Corrections Act

Amendments
2. Section 11(b) of the Procedural Rules of the Underhusen is amended to read:

(b) All officers of the Underhusen have a standing invitation to speak before the Underhusen.

I introduce this to the Underhusen for consideration.

A period of debate will last for forty-two hours after which motions may be made.

Just out of curiosity, Chanku, do you intend to use mentions at all as Speaker or not?

I generally avoid mentions, unless it is something important or some time has passed and I need to guarantee a response. Otherwise I usually ping over discord if necessary, or mention it on discord. I've just been a bit too busy to post this on discord again.

It seems good to me, unless the person who wrote that section meant it and members can only speak if they are permitted to have permission.

I wrote that section, it was just an error that occurred when I was writing it.

Won't this make very little difference to the bill as the monarch wouldn't have powers to speak to the Underhusen without 11(a), but officers of the Underhusen have the ability to speak anyway?

No. Officers are not required to be Skrifa, except for Permanent Officers (Speaker and Speaker Pro Tempore). As such a non-Skrifa officer would have to be invites by the Speaker initially.
