So, you've come here to see why I could be a possibly good candidate? I'm glad you did think about me.
I want to run for this, because simply put, I want to be important. I want to learn. I want to help.
I haven't done much thus far, especially in the forums. So why should I run? Why should I be an influence in such a awesome community. You don't need me. You honestly don't. I might make this an experiment. Just to see how many want me to try. I may be new. I may be young. I may be awkward. But I tell the truth. I don't exploit others. I will be the devoted Underhusen member everyone seems to want. I love doing these things.
Explaining why I should be chosen. Helping others. Being nice. But am I still not the right candidate? Am I still just a stick in the mud? Maybe I am. But that is just an opinion. Or at least, as of now. Who truly wants me? This is all just a crappy paragraph. It may be confusing, but it expresses what I want to be and what I want to do. I love everyone here. You guys are amazing. 

So. After all of this, I will explain clearly why I should be chosen.
1. I am respectful, nice, and encouraging. I will not be upset if someone takes my place.
2. I help people. You can look at NationState's website and go to the Wintreath group, and I will help and like others.
3. I know a little bit about our government. I am smart, and I have the honor rolls to prove it. (A and B honor rolls to be exact.)
4. I am devoted to the community and will help for a long time to come.
5. I take criticism. Comment below any questions you have. I will definitely answer it.

I like the idea of new blood, but obviously there's some concern that as a newer citizen you might not be entirely familiar with the laws. I don't necessarily think that's an immediate concern, since you can bone up before your term begins, but I do want to know if you have any particular legislative agenda.
Is there anything in particular that you hope to accomplish while in office, or is this more of a 'I want to be more involved in the region and elections are the best means to do so!' kind of deal?
As far as I'm concerned, neither of those is the 'wrong' answer, particularly since its not like the UH gets very much done anyway*.

How will you achieve this through legislature? What specific things are you going to do?

Not trying to be mean, however just because you do well in school doesn't mean you'll do well in the legislature, and I have the failing grades to prove it.

I want to enforce rules by what others think of. I wouldn't be the only one elected to go in, as you and North and Syraj will too, if that's all who join. I would look at what others say, and think of what I should do. I would either decide to accept their idea and support it, and add my own twist, accept it without any modification, or just deny it with reason. I want to support or disapprove of ideas, not create them.

I mean that I want to see others rules, and enforce them by talking the community or being a judge. (If that ever even happens to me.)
