As you probably already know, the zombie apocalypse is upon us! Yes, it's the return of the April Fools Day event.
As advertised, this
should be a simple event, especially since we know of it in advanced. Have nations research a cure, sit back, and profit. However, I'm not convinced that this will be the same exact event...the announcement stresses the fact that we're being forewarned just a little too much. That makes me think there's going to be some twist on this that's going to muck up regional plans.
Because of this, I don't intend to make any official plans until the event actually happens...though we can talk and coordinate about plans here in this topic.
My thinking is that we wait until this starts, and then based on what happens we can send out instructions.
To answer one question though, I'm opposed to closing the region or halting recruitment
unless we're successfully fighting off the outbreak and we're getting swamped with nations from other regions. Since we just started recruitment, perhaps we can make this into something new nations will enjoy...add some appropriate zombie stuff into our regional welcome message and all that.
But yeah, this is the official topic to discuss our plans to fight off the dreaded zombies!
