So after reading one of the correction topics, I noticed that section 3.1 of the Citizenship Demonym states that we can recognize both current and absent members as Paragons.

Unless an exception occurs, I think it's been pretty much agreed to give that status purely to absent individuals.  Do we want to change the wording to reflect that? Or should we keep it as is in case of that possible exception to the typically standard procedure?

Why not keep it? Gives us more options.

And I've noticed more errors in our laws (aside from the obvious one we missed), so I'm presenting the ones I come across for more fixes.

I was going to make a new thread, but I guess this works. I'd suggest "23-24th terms" for greater accuracy on the topic?
