1) What is the name of your Wintreath nation?
The Industrial Heavan of Manticores

2) What is your World Assembly nation? If you don't have one or are WA mobile, state so.
Currently I don't belong to WA, but I could apply at any moment if need arises.

3) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where?
I have a one long dead puppet; didn't have a need to make any more during the years, though (not a militant type).

4) Do you serve in any official roles in any other regions or organizations? If so, what are they?
I used to be a Shogun of Feudal Japan several years ago, but during those last years the region became just a small isle of inactivity and since then I have been on/off to NS, currently I just want to restart my RP-ing, future applications might be a possibility.

5) Are you new to NationStates?
Nope, been here for... nearly ten years? But last several were very quiet ones...

6) What timezone are you in?
East Europe GMT + 2

7) How did you find out about Wintreath?
An old friend Govindia told me of you today in a random conversation. I thought... why not come here after doing nothing in Versutia?

1) Are there any particular areas of our region you would like to become involved in?
I plan to launch a kill-them-all (many times over and again) roleplay tournament. If it will pick any interest I plan to keep myself more involved over time.

Hi, I am Manticore, the capitalist/slash/autocratic self-made "noble", I like doing profane, insulting and overall fun to myself (and not every involved party) (all roleplay related) activities. I would very much like to challenge the King of the region in a contest of vanity (amount of precious/rare/exotic items per item of clothing thing), servant abuse, gluttony and arrogance!

Also, I would very much like to sit occasionally on the throne of your King (naked, to leave the marks of my buttocks on the velvet/fur) but I fear I wouldn't be able to best a furious viking with great muscles and very sharp axe... being all frail and spoiled... but I can't promise I won't try if noone will be watching! XD

Also, if you are having any elections I would love to help corrupt them if money have any influence here... even if doesn't benefit me in any way... :/

Welcome to Wintreath! You certainly seem an interesting character, but I suspect the only area I could beat you at is gluttony. If you really want, talk with me later about sitting on the throne naked. I may have some ideas there and such, too.

Anyways, given your previous NS experience and the fact that I've verified your involvement with Versutian Federation, I don't see any reason to do a review here. You're approved.
