Hello hello! 21 year old bisexual/pansexual cis-female. Don't have a ton of preferences for other people so long as we vibe. Don't present overly feminine or masculine. I simply am. I'm just most comfortable with female pronouns.

I'm a girl, and I identify as Bi but i'm still kinda questioning, so maybe bi-curious? I'm not sure the correct term but yeah, that's me

Stumbling upon this thread again, it's apparently the two-year anniversary of when I wrote this post. I suppose I should update it.

I'm 21 now, and still a cis gay guy (about 90% gay and always have been). I feel a lot more comfortable with myself now, though I'm still single.

It's a weird process. Affirming sexual interactions help. And flirting. Lots of flirting.

I believe it's about time somebody revived this topic. In any case; howdy folks, my name is Kaylum - I am a fairly masculine 21 year old cis-male.

For those who are already aware, I identify as heterosexual. However, roughly a month ago, I was curious about exploring my sexuality, given there were moments in my life where I may have been attracted to someone other than the opposite sex; for me, I felt the most comfortable way of exploring was through pornography, due to my socially-awkward nature and the fact that I've never been in a relationship, let alone dated anyone.

Recently, I came to the conclusion that I am pansexual / omnisexual. As of this post, I'm still questioning whether I prefer to identify as one or the other, but for now I've settled on omnisexual. I mostly have a preference for cis and trans women, or femininity in general.

@Dawcreek: How far you've come in such a short amount of time...you are uniquely introspective and earnest, and I think that allows you to face things like this that many others would get hung up on. Congrats on discovering a whole new side of yourself! Based on my own experiences, I think you'll find there's always something of yourself to explore there, and you'll have fun while doing it. It's the start of a great thing for you, I think, and I'm glad I'm here to see where your journey takes you.

I think the label itself doesn'y matter as much as how you personally just feel you identify as far as what you prefer.  I think it's awesome that you're exploring your sexuality like that, and if you're someone attracted to femininity whether it be a cis or trans female, with a possibility of being open to more (since you said mostly), just go with that.  Or just explore what you enjoy as you're doing and go with that since for some people, sexuality is always evolving compared to a simply static label that never changes.  Go with what you feel inside rather than feeling like you have to put the name on it.

Kudos to you for coming out with it though, I'm really happy you felt comfortable sharing that with us.

I am not exactly sure what to say, but thank you guys and thank you to everyone else for the support, it means a lot to me.

I would just like to take the time to say that upon initially joining this region, I never once thought I'd come as far as to where I am now, and it's all thanks to this community's welcoming and supportive attitude that I am here today, so I sure appreciate that. It should also be noted that I have yet to come out to my parents, since I have decided that I'm going to wait for an opportunity to present itself first to ensure the moment becomes something memorable in my life to both me and my parents. I don’t suspect they’ll be supportive, but I don’t think they’ll care much either. Until then, I’m proud to have shared my post with y’all.

@Michi: I understand that labels are not entirely accurate in accordance to some people, so I respect your viewpoint. But for me personally, they're a convenient way to briefly describe one's attraction without having to go into too much detail, similar to how we often refer to dogs by their breed instead of taking the time to describe them physically and so on. Regardless, if I find myself not sticking with a particular label, I'm more than happy to refer to myself as being attracted to so and so.

Still sorting out exactly what I am, but non-binary is what I’m saying for now. Any pronouns (she, he, they) are fine, but They/Them is your safest bet.
