Tonight we consider the important issue of rights for werewolves...are they humans who just happen to have an affliction and are deserving of the same rights as everyone else, or are they too dangerous to be entrusted with the same rights as those who don't become vicious beasts for a night every month?

It's not a disease, it's a race.

Werewolves should be treated like normal human beings, except on the night of the full moon, during which time they should be sedated.
Unless they're WoD werewolves, in which case they can take care of themselves.
