Hi there, it's me again

It's been a tricky little while with the Storting, hasn't it, and sadly I just started getting into the swing of things when it was election time again... which, yeah, is all my fault, not gonna lie...

But I was unsettled by how the UH could be completely shut down during the first few weeks from two of it's Skrifa going inactive That's why I proposed the "Speaker Emergency Powers Act" and the 4 seats that the Storting is currently running with, I don't want the UH to be really active, or the center of activity... But I like it to be doing something and being involved in discussions about the region and it's future.

So now in this election it's much more competitive, half of the candidates aren't going to get seats... I hope the larger amount of choice lets democracy function better and makes whoever the Skrifa of the next session are work harder knowing that they had to beat out an equal number of opponents to get where they are...

So that's my campaign (turned semi-rant); in this election I do hope you vote for me, I really want to finish working on some ideas I had going at the end of this one... Though as always I understand I am not everyone's cup-of-tea (hell, I never vote for myself).

As I say in my campaign I want to keep doing what I started at the end of this term, that would be working to make the functioning of the UH smoother with things like the "Speaker Emergency Powers Act" and gradually moving the region away from NS and making sure that citizens are fairly treated.
Those are my main goals anyway here's hoping.

While Wintermoot is an excellent Monarch he doesn't like to impose himself upon the region much; so while it isn't as simple, it is easier for the democratically elected Underhusen to change the laws of the region in order to make things smoother for those who don't engage with NS much anymore, and by doing that, by opening our region up to those who don't play that game anymore or those who never did, we will by definition no longer just be just an NS region.

I also think that this would make it easier to phase out or current storting system, but that's not a mess I especially want to get into just now.

I also intend to immediately introduce an amendment to the Procedural Rules to expand on regulations regarding the editing and formatting of proposals to the UH. What is an isn't acceptable and how the session should handle certain circumstances.
