We should set up some sort of spectator betting pool.

Hi guys! I'd just like to say that my internet is back in full function so I can be more active.

Pavel Lenkov woke up, finding himself in a room with very little light. He looked at his chest, it was bloody. He tried remembering what happened, was he, yes, he was attacked. He managed to get up and investigate the room. In the corner of the room he found the body of Rick Tanhauser, and went to investigate it. On the corpse he found a gun and a journal. Looking further into the journal, he found out that this Rick guy was a pirate, and it was written of who the other pirates were. He grabbed the gun and looked for the two. If I want to live, my best bet is allying with my original attackers to get on their good side, right? Pavel thought.

That morning, everyone was surprised to find that there were no deaths last night.
On an uneventful turn of events, no one died last night!
Although, the amnesiac has chosen to take the place of Hydra, and become a pirate.

Huh, so we lost a pirate and the amnesiac chose to fill that spot...didn't see that one coming.

Huh, so either the defender did a good job, or the wolves decided not to kill, or the Friends managed to sabotage the wolf who kills.

Let's begin.

1. If the defender did a good job, then it would make little sense for the wolves not to attack the same target again in the next night phase, since they'll score a definite kill if the Friends don't disrupt them. Which brings me to point 2.

2. If the Friends have managed to disrupt the one werewolf who carries out the killings, then I don't see anything in the rules forbidding them from disrupting that same person again. So if they have found that person, I daresay it might make sense to stay on him for the rest of the game, and not kill him or vote him off either, until the situation is critical. As soon as the wolf who kills dies, someone else will pick up their mantle, so the wolves will be able to kill again until the Friends manage to find the new killer. If they have found the current one, then they have pulled its teeth, making it harmless and allowing the rest of the power roles to systemically weed out the rest of the wolves.

3. Perhaps the most terrifying option of all: the wolves aren't killing anymore. Maybe they've been unable to wash the blood off their hands for Aragonn's murder, so now they've decided to lie low and pick us off the old-fashioned way: by voting along with us, sowing discord and relying on our own paranoia to do us in.
