Delegacy Change
Greetings, nations of Wintreath! I hope that this message finds you well.

After nearly three years as our delegate, which is most of the time that this region has existed, I'm sad to announce that our delegate has indicated to me that he intends to resign from the position. Obviously this means that a new regional delegate must be selected, and as Monarch of Wintreath I have appointed A Unified Earth (HannahB) as our next delegate! She has been involved in our region for over a year now, serving in both the legislative and executive branches, and I'm sure that she will do a great job as our delegate.

As such, I'm asking all World Assembly nations to unendrose De La Malvarma and to endorse A Unified Earth!

There will be more news regarding the delegacy in the near future. I am in the process of considering reforms to that office, including possibly in the way that the delegate is selected. However, this resignation made it necessary for me to appoint someone as soon as possible...stay tuned!
