Hello Malviet, it is very nice to meet you.
I have questions specifically to you.
What is you stand on foreign affairs and the WA?
Also, What is your take on the activity level in the forums?
Thank you.
1. What is your stand on foreign affairs and the WA?
Well, with Foreign Affairs it's basically 'Make new friends and keep the old.' I believe it is a known fact that friendships, acquaintances and alliances play a large role in the gameplay aspect of NationStates, and I hope to play a part in Wintreath's expanding out to other regions, forging alliances and making use of them when the need arises.
As with the WA, the Security Council, especially the Liberation feature, is a major aspect in politics and military gameplay, their usefulness having been justified over the years. The commendation and condemnation features, I think it started out as a method of NSers to declare their thoughts on individuals' and regions' behaviors but have been somewhat degenerated into a popularity contest of sorts. And as with the General Asssembly, it started out as, currently is, and always will be, a roleplayer haven.
2. What is your take on the activity level on the forums?
In a newcomer's point of view, I believe most of Wintreath is thriving, with an active RP sector and interactions between citizens, such as discussions and games. I do note that most of government has fallen into a state of inactivity, something I also note within the Underhusen and is something I look to fix.
