Finally posted in Cynosure, though I had to change the formatting a bit from InvisionFree phpBB forum styling, notably the sizes (replacing "30" and "20" with the max "200" and "8" with "80"), the horizontal rules (adding

[hr]), and spoiler tags (which were [spoil] and [/spoil]).

Sorry it took so long, but it's now posted in The West Pacific. They are using IP.Board with an awful WYSIWYQ editor. But other than rough looking hr and spoiler (which they allow but only via a special menu), I think it ended up fine.

For future reference, they should have a button somewhere that will let you put in code directly...it makes things a lot easier for you if you go to that and then past the dispatch in.
