Discord Users: Read below the form to learn how to gain Citizenship masking on Discord after you apply!

Welcome to Wintreath! We hope that you've enjoyed yourself in our region thus far, and we're glad that you've decided to make our region your home as a Citizen. To begin the process of becoming a Citizen, simply copy this form and post it in a new topic! This form will help us get a basic understanding of who you are and what you would like to get involved here in the region so we can best help you get settled in. Once posted this application, someone will process your application...usually within a few hours. Afterwards, you will be able to access our government forums as well. So let's get started!

5) What is the name of your Wintreath nation in Wintreath?

6) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where? Also, do you serve in any official roles in any of them? If so, what are they?

7) Are you new to NationStates?

Have you linked your Discord?
If you are also on our Discord chat, you will need to link it to your Wintreath account in order to be masked as a Citizen on there. Being masked as a Citizen on Discord gives you access to Citizen-only channels. Here are the steps to link it:

1) Click here to go to your edit contacts page.

2) In the space under Add Contact, fill out the fields like so:

Service/Website: Discord
Account Name: Your Discord Name with Discriminator (example: Username#1234)
Account URL: Leave Blank
Permissions: Select who you want to see your Discord name when they see your profile.

3) Click the Add Contact button.

4) If you are on the Wintreath Discord server and your information is correct, you should automatically get Citizenship masking immediately (if you're already a Citizen) or once you have Citizenship.
