No, Notriver is the only one
3) Are you new to NationStates?
Yes, quite new. While the nation has been created almost a month ago, all I've been doing is solving issues, and only recently decided to go into more details of the game and become more active.
4) Would you like a mentor to help you learn your way around Wintreath?
No, not really. I would like to get to know NationStates on my own.

There are many things that you can get involved with here in Wintreath, both to help the region and just for fun! Based on your answers to the questions below, we will help you get involved in any aspect of the region that you're interested in so you can hit the ground running fast. Indicating interest here does not commit you to joining any aspect of the region, but will help us guide you to where you want to be here.

Yes, very
2) Are you interested in forum roleplays (character, national, etc)?
Not really, but may look into it in the future
3) Are you interested in playing in our Minecraft server?
No
4) Are you interested in general region-wide games, such as Civilization V? If so, what games would you like to see?
Not really
5) Are you interested in regional politics  (elections, running for legislature, writing bills, etc.)?
No
6) Are you interested in general community discussions?
Yes, why not
7) Are you interested in serving as a diplomat or an ambassador to another region?
I am not sure about that, since I have no idea how an ambassador works and which duties he must carry out in NationStates
8 ) Are you interested in regional journalism (writing articles for inclusion in regional publications)?
No
9) Are you interested in creating graphics for the regional website?
No, since the lack of skills
10) If you have any other interests you'd like to pursue in the region, please tell us about them! We can make just about anything happen as long as people are interested in doing it.
My general interests in joining Wintreath as a Citizen include: getting to know the community in this region, take my nation’s activity beyond simply solving issues and understand more aspects of NationStates.
Section II: Introductions and Questions
The Federation of Notriver rose as an aftermath of a bloody civil war and revolution in a country ruled by an, evil, corrupted dictator. With the dictatorship overthrown by an enormous opposition force, a new government was established, sworn to create a new, safer, much better environment for its people.
I have create Notriver only recently and all I've been doing so far is simply solving issues, watching the government form and its population grow. However, having big interest in learning about other aspects of NationStates, primarily actions with other nations and military operations, I decided to join Wintreath as it seems to be just the right size and seems to have a quite comfortable and friendly community to get started. I am looking forward to being a part of this region and making an impact not only inside Notriver, but also on a much larger scale.

I'm not sure if you'll get an email or anything like that, but if you come back to the forums after you get citizenship you'll notice a lot of changes.  I'll make sure to tag you (like this - @Point Breeze) once you're all set so you do in fact get an email.
