    Section I: Basic Information

    1) What is the name of your Wintreath nation?

    The Federation of Daxev (I like Star Trek :P).

    2) What is your World Assembly nation? If you don't have one or are WA mobile, state so.

    Don't have one. I don't completely know what one is either. :-/

    3) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where?

    No, just this one. I'm a one man nation. That sounds a lot cooler when you say it out loud.

    4) Do you serve in any official roles in any other regions or organizations? If so, what are they?

    Nope.

    5) Are you new to NationStates?

    Technically? No. But considering how little I know about it outside of the actual 'Issues' themselves, I might as well be, yes.

    6) What timezone are you in?

    Physically? GMT/BST/'proper time'. ;) Mentally? Depends entirely on the day. :P

    7) How did you find out about Wintreath?

    'Wint' (as he will henceforth be referred to by me) begged and cajoled and pleaded me to move over from Spiritus. Isn't that right, Wint? *COUGH*. ;)

    1) Are there any particular areas of our region you would like to become involved in?

    Umm... I'd kinda need to know the 'areas' available I guess. Nothing remotely technical (tech hates me) or requiring hardwork (totally lazy). General talky/mental support type stuff?

    Heyo! Welcome to Wintreath. :)

    The World Assembly is similar to the UN in real life...you can join one nation into it (regardless of how many nations you have, by game rules you can only have one WA nation at a time), which allows you to vote on proposals and receive endorsements. The nation with the most endorsements in the region becomes the Delegate of that region. Delegates can vote on proposals with the weight of their endorsements (a delegate with 10 endorsements receives 10 votes), and may also have access to certain regional powers, like the ability to ban and eject nations, update the region page, and create a welcome message in the region.

    Additionally, joining the WA in necessary for military gameplay, since the core mechanic of gameplay is moving WA nations into regions to either seize the delegacy of a region or defend the region from forces trying to seize it. Hope that helps. :)
